Daryl Oswald is committed to helping his clients achieve their financial goals. He takes the time to understand each client’s unique financial situation, to provide the Real Estate & Lending solutions that best meet their individual needs. Daryl has been in the Real Estate & Lending profession since 1999.
He is the Broker of Record for Associated Properties, Inc. and the acting Chief Financial Officer, since 2008. He is hands-on with training, product development and the mentoring of API’s Real Estate agents and Loan Officers (MLOs).
A Nebraska native for the first 25 years of his life, and he attended the University of Nebraska. In 1989, he moved to Southern California and met his wife Kimberly and was married in 2006. Today, Daryl and Kimberly live and work in Laguna Beach, California. They often visit family and friends in Nebraska. API Lending is licensed in Nebraska and offers all mortgage lending products and services.
Daryl is a member of the California Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Orange County Association of Realtors and is a subscriber to the California Regional Multiple Listing Service(CRMLS), which is a part of the largest MLS in the nation.

Daryl loves the outdoors, California's weather and Nebraska’s seasons. He enjoys hiking with his wife to experience the outdoors and to stay in shape. He always has a fishing story or two to tell and loves cooking for family and friends. He wants to make a difference in his community.
