Kimberly Geigele Oswald is committed to the company’s success and longevity. Kimberly now owns and operates the family business, Associated Properties, Inc., with her husband Daryl Oswald. She is the acting President, since her father’s retirement in 2015 and has always been an intricate part of the company, throughout it’s 50 + year history. She oversees Operations, Business Development, Investor Relations and Marketing.
Kimberly is a native Californian, raised in Orange County. She was brought up to believe in honesty, integrity and the fundamentals of community service. After graduating at Pine Manor College, with a degree in Business, she decided to follow in her father’s footsteps, in the Real Estate Industry. She also expanded her interests in mortgage lending, where she met her husband Daryl, they were married in 2006. Kimberly and Daryl reside and work together in Laguna Beach, California.
Kimberly believes in giving back to the community. She and her husband Daryl are active in several community philanthropies, supporting projects to develop Laguna Beach and its surrounding communities. She believes that being of service starts in your own backyard! Near and dear to her heart; Laguna Food Pantry, Playhouse Women, Women of Chapman, American Legion Auxiliary, PurplePower.org, Ebell Club of Laguna Beach Philanthropies and the Lions Club. Kimberly enjoys spending time anywhere when it involves her feet planted in mother earth, hiking, walking, and swimming. She enjoys spending time with friends, discussing book club topics, jazzercise and all things related to local arts. Kimberly’s philosophy is “Celebrate Life, Love, Sing and Dance”!
